Since the establishment of the firm we have always prioritized the quality of our services; an it is for this reason that two years ago we decided to embark on a complex project for a boutique type of company which was at its growing stage: obtaining a certification under standars ISO 9000.
For those who are not familiar with such a rule, the implementation of a quality management system that complies with the ISO 9000 standard improves the processes of any organization and requires that the requirements established by the standard suit the competitive reality of the organization.
The implementation of a quality management system enables us to:
• Optimize both human and economic esources.
• Improve the documentation of the key processes of the organization.
• Reduce response times.
• Generate an organizational culture focused on the client.
• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
• Strengthen work groups.
• Develop suppliers that are aligned with the standards of quality of the firm.
This certification was formally obtained last March, but for us it does not imply the end of the road but rather a start with even stronger bases. Implemented processes are followed faithfully by our team are aimed at benefitting all customers of the firm.
